DO YOU REALLY SHOOT YOUR CLOTHING WITH SHOTGUNS?
Yes, Shooting (distressing) our clothing with a SHOTGUN creates amazing textures and makes garment unique as we couldn’t get the effects the same even if we tried.
DELIVERY
ONCE I HAVE PLACED MY ORDER HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR IT TO BE DISPATCHED?
All items are uniquely made therefore please allow up to 3-5 working days before your order is dispatched.
HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE TO ARRIVE ONCE DISPATCHED?
UK Standard Deliveries will arrive within 2-4 working days by Royal Mail.
All delivery times stated are approximate, however we endeavour to dispatch orders within the stated times.
RETURNS
CAN I RETURN AN ITEM?
Returns are accepted up to 14 calendar days after receiving your order.
WHAT IS THE PROCESS FOR MAKING A RETURN?
Our customer service team is ready to process your return, all you need to do is send an email with your order number, name and address to customerservices@shotawayclothing.com our team will reply within 48 hours with details of how to return your order. Then simply send return your order to 21 Hill Street, Haverfordwest, Pembrokeshire SA61 1QQ
Please note you are responsible for paying for the return costs.
HOW AND WHEN WILL MY REFUND BE PROCESSED?
After we have received your item and inspected the items we will provide you with a refund within 5-7 working days.
CAN I EXCHANGE MY ITEM FOR ANOTHER ITEM?
Unfortunately at this time we are unable to offer an exchange, if you wish to exchange an item please contact us for a return and place a new order.
